When I bought this amp I was upgrading from the boss 2400.4 amp, which cost half the price, when I first purchased this amp I was happy with the small but noticeable sound quality increase and volume increase, however after the first couple of months the amp started kicking on and off, the light would stay on but the subs would quit playing, however i could go back to my trunk and knock on the amp to kick the subs back on. Nonetheless it was barely worth the money upgrade from the boss amp and then it turns out to be defective after a few months.
Since last fall (2015) my "Freedom Spot Photon 4G Mobile Hotspot (Black)" device stopped working. I've got pop up message with offer to upgrade my device for LTE network. More over it said that my old device is out of service because Sprint doesn't support 4G anymore. A few days ago I decided to deactivate my account and attempted to do it. For some reason the result was negative and I've got a pop up message to call customer service Mn-Fr working hours when I can't call because of my work. After that I sent them email where I asked to deactivate my account. In 3 working days I received response with some general information and an offer to upgrade my account instead of cancelling:) More over they charged my credit card for next month service even after receiving this notification from my side. Today I called to customer service. It was real hell:) I repeated each word, each letter during spelling multiple times... for my pretty simple request just to cancel account I received a tons of offers. When I asked why deactivation button in my online account is fake and doesn't work - customer service representative said that there is only one way to cancel the account - call to customer service. I told her that this practice is illegal and according to the existing law customers have right to notify any service provider at least by fax. At the end I was asked about reason of cancelling my account. I just joked and said that there is no reason. She said that can't deactivate my account without some reason:) I told her why they didn't ask me a reason during account activation and it's my civic right to cancel any service without any reason. A lot of times the customer service representative yelling on me, screamed and told at the same time with me:))) It was real tv show:)
