As I was switching channels, I came across a tv ad about oil pulling with coconut oil. That got me curious. I goggled the book and found Dr. Bruce Fife's website. I was amazed at the numerous cures stated by using coconut oil, and the testimonials by so many people. I bought 3 books by Dr. Fife: "Coconut Cures", "Oil Pulling Therapy" and "The Coconut Oil Miracle". They are sooo interesting! I started using the oil in my cooking, oil pulling, and using it topically. I feel lighter, hardly hungry, and my face and body is looking smoother. My tongue has never looked so smooth and clean, my clothes don't fit as tight. I've been using it for about a month. All I can say is "PRAISE GOD". Since "Coconut Cures" and "The Coconut Oil Miracle" contain basically the same information, I gave "The Coconut Oil Miracle" book to my sister Sarah. She's also been using the oil and has noticed many "good" changes. I told two other people about coconut oil and they are also using it. I will be very honest--this cream did absolutely nothing! I have seen their advertising of this product on television and now believe that to be false advertising. I was very disappointed as I had hope for this product.

This is an excellent text that gives more than the standard set of instructions and lists. I felt it captured much of the flavor of a solid visit to this fascinating country, so I was well prepared to go. I think the language section could be expanded, but fortunately I traveled on Delta which has an Icelandic language program in the seatback entertainment. I read the book before the trip and then took it with me to help with some decisions there. It was worth it to buy, use, and carry. The only thing I would add is that the much touted Blue Lagoon is a tourist trap and outrageously expensive; there are better, less expensive, and more rewarding things to do, and this book can steer you toward them.

Very cool little motion activated led light! I love the smart way it was designed! It has a rechargeable battery, usb powered, so I was so curious about mounting it and not being able to remove it when it needs to be charged, but they give you a magnet with a 3m sticky side to mount where you want it, and it is easily removable from its mounted magnet. The magnet is pretty strong and holds it securely. The battery lasts a considerably long time which is awesome! It has different modes like auto, on or off. It is perfect for dark cabinets and places that is hard to see or you need to grab a flashlight for. I actually mounted mine under my desk because I always have to get a flashlight to see what I am doing if I am plugging something into the computer or searching for the right disc. As soon as I move under there, it automatically turns on and I am able to see clearly! It is very convenient! The light is plenty bright enough to brighten up a small space and you won't forget to turn it off and drain the battery like a flashlight! I'm very happy with it!

I used this shampoo/conditioner for a year and loved the change from using separate shampoo and conditioner. Just the time savings! But was helpful for my fine blond hair, kept it from feeling over dry. Lately I have used a similar product I found at CVS and I like it comes in three 'flavors'. The scents are so much nicer than Hair One, but it was the original that got my hair back into good shape!
