  • Megan Starr - I'm new

Wicca is something I have always felt was my religion but that wasn't not ok with my mom. Now that I can choose been looking more and more into and this book shows easy way to so some spells and a little history. I'm happy I have it now.

  • bkaye - it only recommended his own products to buy & didn't give review ...

The information contained in the book seems to be reasonable feasible. The book recommends going to his website for up to date info on the current products on the market that contain proper strength. However, when I went to the website, it only recommended his own products to buy & didn't give review information on other brand products as the book stated it would. That was disappointing. It does give the doses to look for in products sold so that one is able to get the proper product. I also liked the type of exercises recommended for flexibility.

  • DeAnna - Not good for Fructose Malabsorption Sufferers

I thought I was getting a wonderful b-12 supplement. However, I have fructose malabsorption and one of the top ingredients is xylitol. I had bad reactions, including hives and digestive issues. I'd prefer if this WEREN'T sweetened with artificial sweetener.
