I ALSO have an old Gerber boot knife from the early 1980's and the quality is night and day different. The older one used a carbon steel and a very graceful taper from a 1/4" thick base. It was a rather high quality knife for a line-production offering. This knife is .125": about 1/2 as thick. The old one had a well made leather thumb-break sheath; this one has, well a functional plastic one that is a bit over complex for a shank.

This pot is the bomb! I bought this for my wife for Christmas a couple of years ago and we use it for all kinds of stuff, even mac'n'cheese. It's heavy enough to keep an even heat, even on our old hot-spotty range. Now on our induction cooktop it will make stock like nobody's business. Seriously, if you're looking for the most awesome cooking vessel of this type, this is the brand to buy.

I love my new, big cutting mat! It came faster than Amazon could even track it and has really helped my step up my cutting game. I have used Fiskars cutting mats before and they have a really great policy, if their self healing mats don't self heal, they will replace them for you. Fabulous customer service. I really enjoy these cutting mats with my rotary cutter for cutting fabric with my sewing business.

I have been drinking this tea for about ten solid years now, and I just love it. I prefer it with some sugar, but honey will do as well. Honestly, it's delicious on its own, as well. It puts me in a fantastic mood!
