Great book with abundant knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Any Afrikan trying to improve their health and consciousness should definitely purchase this book. It is a great stepping stone in your expedition for a wholistic lifestyle.

Not a fan. I bought this at the same time as the Diva cup to find out what product works better. The softcup's appeal is that you can have sexual relations while on your period. However, when we tested it, the S.O. said it felt weird....and removing this was a bloody mess. Nope, not for me.

This is a very nice bag, but was just too small for me. I was looking for room to put a small lunch bag, and extras for work. Maybe even use as an extra bag for the weekend. I custom ordered a bag from their website because the sound of the velcro and the stiff fabric just were not for me. FYI - most of these bags are made in Asia and not the US. The only bags that are made in USA are the customs.

A really important book... and so needed! I had already read Zapped and made changes to my environment. I am very sensitive to EMF's and subtle vibrations. I purchased a grounding sheet for my bed . My dachshund who sleeps on that bed during the day seemed indifferent to it, which surprised me. I couldn't feel anything either and I am one who could feel when my Teslar watch wasn't working. The sheet had one connection place that I felt suspicious about so I took it to a friend who fixes such things and he redid that connection. Immediately, the dog began going under the covers to sleep on the sheet. The other dog, who sleeps next to me at night, now works her way over to snuggle with me so that my body grounds her's as well. We are all sleeping better. I also do all my gardening and walk my dogs on unpaved paths, also barefooted. My mood has been better, I feel more joyful.
