This is pure junk. The packing and the battery charger are great ideas. The main thing wrong is that the device itself just DOES NOT WORK. I found it impossible to adjust the sound leveler. VERY LOUD could not be adjusted. Waste of money! So disappointing.

I was skeptical at first, but this product works and no it does not just heat the skin. You must move and exercise for it to heat your body internally. But it is definatley heating your over temperature faster for a more productive workout!
