I bought my original wall diffuser of Feliway Comfort Zone after my cat started spraying. Someone recommended them to me saying it could be stress. Since my life always seems hectic in some way, I thought I'd try it. After a few days, the bad behavior stopped. Then after about 5 weeks it started up again. Sadly, I was confused for about a week before realizing that the Comfort Zone must have been working. Needless to say, I immediately got on amazon and ordered a refill pack. I am thinking about getting a second diffuser for another part of the house because she's starting to spend more time in my son's room and I don't want her to think that she needs to label everything in there as her's. I have used Microsoft Streets an Trips since version 1. My company is a Microsoft Partner; I am a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. So I know what I am doing with a computer. This time Microsoft has produced a product that can't open older S&T map versions. After S&T recognizes the need to upgrade a previous map file, it displays the error: "Failed to open document." Other people are having this problem, but there is no support article from Microsoft. It is the year 2012, and by now Microsoft should be able to produce a consumer software product that just works. Besides that, there is no compelling feature in this version that warrants upgrading. Save your money.

Overall, this machine does what it is designed to do...clean hard floors without dragging dirty water all over the place. It is easy to put everything together and simple to use. Cleaned our new (just set) tile floor well. We did have to apply a rather heavy amount of the cleaning solution as we were going along, but that could just be because we were cleaning the floor for the first time ever. The cleaning solution reservoir and recovery tanks had to be filled/emptied about 3 times for each room, but our rooms are rather large. About the only drawback I can say is that the wheels left tracks (similar to tracks that a vacuum cleaner would leave on carpet) when in dry mode, which tended to look streaky.
