I can feel the pep in my step, the fog lifting out of my head and especially my motion sickness symptoms cease when I regularly take this in my water. I know it sounds like a mental thing, but there have been a substantial number of times that I have forgotten to take it and I feel sluggish. The biggest indicator for me is in the car and I start feeling a bit of vertigo, but only when I forget to take it. I am very pleased to have an effective product. As far as the taste, it is very similar to lemon juice, but it dissipates quickly and the taste fades into the water.

Story kept me glued to my kindle. Really enjoyed the character of Jessa and all four of the Compass brothers. Their protection over her is evidence of how family is not always blood born. Between Jessa and the four boys' they manage to get themselves in and out of trouble with the Council, other classmates and, eventually, a few unsavory characters. Looking forward to the second in the series.
