My Mom's cat is doing fantastically on this supplement! The Vet had her on the "medicated" dry food... she ate and ate and was never satisfied. Now we can go back to feeding her GOOD food with this supplement and have her back to good health. I've never seen a cat or a dog run to the corn or soy fields and say "DINNER""!!!! The "medicated" food from the veterinarian is not good!! We will be buying this product again!
Seven years ago I changed from MS Office to a free software offering. The functions were fine, but a few times I had problems and no one to ask for help. Also a few time I lost data when backups didn't back everything up. I therefore decided to go back to MS Office and am pleased with using this software again. But most pleased be cause when I on a Saturday encountered a problem I couldn't solve, the free helpline (included in the lease fee) spent more than an hour with me and solved the problem. That was worth the change.
So far, this has been a great bat. It's not super hot out of the wrapper, but it is gaining velocity with each use. My daughter loves the unique sound it makes when she hits with it. She babies her bat because she's heard all the horror stories of them breaking, so it is never used below 65 degrees, never in batting cages, and only with good balls--probably why it's taking her a little bit to break it in--but it seems like it will be a good bat. I wish I had known the CF6 was coming out so quickly though! She is a power hitter, and I would have waited that extra few weeks to get her the new bat.
I've been a Neat Company Fan & Dedicated Customer for a long time. I had NeatReceipts for many years and then decided to upgrade to NeatDesk with NeatWorks Software on 9/16/10. I loved the faster scan times, scanning front & back, etc. Then, recently on 2/16/11, the software NeatWork lost all of my data. Luckily, I back up monthly so I was able to restore the data and only lost one month's of work. Then, I started noticing scanning problems with Wide Black Band Through Image. I immediately contacted customer service which is only available through their website by opening a case. A rep responded with some instructions to try and resolve the problem. I followed the instructions and the problem wasn't fixed. I updated the case by explaining this and I got the same instructions as a response. At this point, I figured out that customer service didn't exist. I asked why I was getting the same instructions after I reported the instructions followed did not fix the issue and then a different rep gave me different instructions. I followed those instructions without any success either. I updated the report and asked about the one year warranty since my purchase was within a year, and no response after that. I filed a compliant with the FTC, BBB and wanted others interested in this product to know before considering purchasing. What's funny is that the sales rep which is the only number provided try to sell me tech support annual fee. This is quite disappointing as I was a loyal fan. BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer service and warranty does not exist after purchase.
I too purchased my Vipre 10 PC suite package from HSN back in February 2013, and found out today that my lP address has been used /accessed for about 2-3 months now and that my laptop is 75% corrupted. I contacted Vipre because I received a pop-up to update my software which made me very leary. First of all it should have updated automatically because I set it up to do so. I too was told that it would cost $199.99 for them top fix it. NOT! I'm not a 2 time fool! Why would I pay you to fix your product that allowed a virus or a hacker on my computer in the first place! DUH
