The Microsoft Office 2010 Step by Step series is by far the most easy to understand, careful and methodical learning guide I have ever encountered for any computer software learning. Complete with pictures to aid in showing the reader exactly what their computer should look like if they followed the steps correctly, it makes no assumptions about the individual user's computer savvy- instead defaulting to the position that they know nothing about computers (the way any good computer learning guide SHOULD be written). This series if FAR better than the so called 'for dummies' series, which always left me even more confused after I forced myself to read the first few chapters. I have two of the complete series of books on Microsoft Office 2010, Access 2010 and Outlook 2010. I fully intend to buy the rest of them as soon as I finish devouring these. This series actually makes learning fun. I highly recommend it.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do - keeps the septic tank curning - flush it down the drain once a month and you are good to go! We have this on a recurring shipping, that way, we do not have to worry about it at all!

Amazon must have changed their shipping on this mat, as ours arrived in a large box. Mat wasn't folded and was perfectly flat right out of the box. Smell was strong at first, but it always fades quickly!

I am a woman and a blonde, so you can imagine how hard it has been for me to use a pen. I would write and write and have nothing to show for it until a nice man would come by and turn the pen around in my hand so the ink thingy part was on the paper. I just know that with these pens made just for us girls I can finally just pick up a pen and write all on my own. A girl can dream, can't she?

This is probably the most unexpected failure in buying something from Amazon. Reviews seem to be amazing but here is my experience.
