As an emotional eater, I have struggled with losing a significant amount of weight for the past 20 years. I have researched the various science behind weight loss, exercised, counted calories and although I would see 20-30 pounds of weight loss over several months, the results were hard to maintain. This system is completely different. Perhaps many people will consider this another fad diet, but it should be considered a bit further. Many people will dismiss this as an Atkins diet, but this is much much more. From balancing PH levels in the body, to providing nutrients and minerals that many of us have been lacking for many years due to diminishing nutritional value of our food sources, Yoli tackles an entire wellness approach with a side effect of weight loss.

I bought this as part of a trio for my cosmetology class and I'm amazed at how thorough and easy to follow everything is! The pictures really help and the review questions and key terms are very useful when studying for an exam. Love it!

Sleep is an incredibly subjective thing and the firmness of your mattress can take a while to adjust to. I personally think 100 nights was too short of a grace period for me to have figured out that the Casper was way too firm for my body. I also think the firmness of casper's memory foam is not suitable for people who sleep on their stomachs with their arms folded under the pillow. The firmness of the foam does not allow enough give for my arms to get enough circulation. I would often wake up in the middle of the night with the pins and needles of a dead arm. Sleeping with a partner as the big spoon also sucked. Lying sideways on a shoulder with an arm tucked under your man's pillow lead to the same dead limbs.

I thought the book was complete! Upon arriving in Valencia, Spain,,, I discovered that the tourbook did not include the city!
