This is a tasteless powder that can be poured in any drink. It comes in a handy package that has the exact amount already measured, it should be taken twice a day. I took this in hopes of helping me get pregnant, my doctor said it couldn't hurt since it was just a supplement and is usually used in people with PCOS, which I don't have. Well I'm not pregnant but I only used this for a month and will definitely continue to use it as part of my medication regime because I felt a lot better when on it!

Great product. I have AT&T it connects great and for the most part always has a 4G signal or at least says it does. I ordered a different "cheaper" phone for my kid and it came LOADED with spam of all sorts to the point the phone is literally useless. I will be ordering another one of these. I purchased this screen protector for my teenage daughter's iPhone 6s. We put this on the phone on Christmas Day. It began showing the first cracks from MANY, MANY, did I mention several, times of dropping the phone by March. She continued to use the phone with this protector on it for several more months, and we removed it just now in July. At this point it has a bazillion cracks in it and was making it very tough to see the actual screen. She continued to drop the phone and I'm completely impressed that the protector just continued to take the cracks and protect the screen. This truly stood the test of time. I would love to say I'm using the second screen cover that came in the pack, but that one was applied incorrectly by her initially and the second had to be used Christmas Day as well.

I was excited to start the 24 day challenge since my friend had great results. On day 7 of the cleanse phase my chest started to hurt and I started having Heart palpitations. I talked to my distributor and she suggested to cut the Spark in half. I tried that and still had chest pain. On day 10 my neck and the inside of my ears started itching. I called the Advocare customer service and they told me to stop immediately. I did receive all my money back. I had to speak to someone on their medical advisory board. My advice if you are going to try this product is to buy it from a distributor so you can get your money back. I came so close to buying it on ebay since it was cheaper but I would've never receive a refund.

Husband LOVES this game. We went from 2013 to 2015 (due to bad reviews for 2014) and he never went back. Well done this year.
