Honestly I wouldn't give this product even a star. I was fed all of this positive crap about Advocare. I researched and quizzed my friend who had so much success. After I finished my very expensive 10 day cleanse, I started m second phase and my heart started beating like.crazy! I contacted my doctor and he said the products I was taking had a very unhealthy amount if niacin. I've NEVER had any health orobems. I stopped the product and things eventually went back to normal. Thank God. I later read too much niacin Is potentially dangerous. My Advocare coach was like, "oh wow I've never heard of that happening to anyone." I later searched it and guess what Im not alone. She also had a very tramatic miscarriage that made me suspicious about her doctor giving the ok for her to continue taking the products while pregnant. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

This product is ok. I have been using it for about a month now and haven't seen a lot of results but I have seen some. My stomach seems to have gotten flatter not an exceptional amount but smaller. Would I buy it again I am not sure but it's worth a try if you really hate the way your stomach looks. Make sure you do the exercise everyday and you will get some results.

I curl my naturally wavy/curly hair daily with a barrel curling iron. The Tyme videos looked so easy to use and seemed to create a better curl that I get on second day hair. The videos are misleading. It is no my easy to use and the Tyme is extremely heavy. After trying with Tyme and going back to my curling iron it was evident how heavy and difficult it is. I actually brought the iron into my salon for my stylist to try on me. She had similar feedback and the curl is actually difficult to manage, especially the ends. You can't just touch the ends like a traditional flat iron or curling iron, you have to redo the curl. Another drawback is there is not a function to turn down the heat- the iron is extremely hot and if you do the curls or hold the iron incorrectly, it makes your hair look frizzy, crimped and damaged. Even my stylist had a section of my hair turn into this damaged frizzy mess. Not worth it! It's going back! I will stick to my curling iron or flat iron for 1/4 of the cost!

I've used Bitdefender for several years. I have and still love this for my laptop and with the purchase of this 2013 version I will be deleting what's on my other computer and adding Bitdefender. Sorry Norton.

My family are huge Just Dance fans. We've purchased everyone. I wish they would redo the original one for XBOX 360 there were some really great songs on there.

I wish I could review this effectiveness of this vitamin, but they will never be taken at our house. Completely wasted money, so in the interest of giving others a heads up - The pills are one inch long ( yep, my daughter measured them) and you have to take THREE. I kept getting push back from my teens about how big they were, so tried to take one myself. They are huge and just gritty enough that they don't go down easily.
