  • BarbD - SO worth it: helps with moods AND in losing weight

    I'm on my second pack of this supplement (started in June '14), which the guidelines recommend as the 'minimum' dosage to try for best results. During the first 30 day trial, I saw my night sweats and hot flashes almost totally disappear...to my skeptical surprise. Also, a bit before I started Amberen, I began a reduced-calorie eating plan (1200/daily) to, once again, TRY to lose the weight gained over the past decade with both peri-and-post menopause. (I wasn't overweight before this)

    We bought this generator over a year ago and finally had the misfortune to have to use it last night due to a power outage in our neighborhood. We dusted it off, filled it with gas, and started it up and I'm happy to say it worked perfectly! We were able to run our refrigerator, one air conditioner, a large lamp, and charge our phones without any problems. It lasted until the power came on, which was about 6 hours and it still had about 25% gas left in the tank. It is quite loud, but it wasn't any louder than the other generators that were also on in our neighborhood. I'm just grateful we had some light and comfort and didn't have to worry about our food spoiling. Things were almost "normal" during the outage. This was a worthy investment.

    i have used this book to study for my HESI study guide and some times for my NCLEX but like they say the more information you have the better. This book is not a must and you have all the tools you need within the school you attend. Although this is a great tool to add on.
