This is the first time I buy an illustrated novel so I had no idea what to expect. There was a part of me that expected this to be sort of like a kinder garden book and for there to be illustrations on every single page. Fair warning to all those who think like me, we are wrong! Sometimes there where 6-8 pages without any illustrations. Now, that's not to say that the book has a small quantity of them. Being such a long novel artist Jim Kay had a lot to work with and he made good use of it. The illustrations are stunning and there are quite a few that I would love to have in prints to frame and placed in my room. That is how good the illustrations are in this book.
LOVE this stroller! Tried other umbrella strollers before finding this one (First Years, Chicco) and the Uppababy g-lite is soooo much better. Definitely worth the extra money. Very light and easy to open/close. Easy to push and move around. My large baby (25 lbs at 8 months) fits great. All the straps are adjustable so it can grow with him. I was using my Peg Perego stroller which is a bit bigger so this is a nice change getting this one in and out of the car. Love love love!
I'm feeling a little discouraged. I brought this book and read all the way up to chapter 9. I didn't finish when it was time to take my NCLEX-RN exam... Besides this book I used the free online program NCLEX 3500 doing practice questions and also the Saunders comprehensive review book. The day of my exam I had 165+ questions. I was getting a lot of select all that apply and I thought that I was doing really well answering the questions. Lets just say that two days later I paid (almost 8 bucks) for my unofficial results and saw that I failed the exam. I have no clue what I need to do differently and I honestly feel like a failure. I am trying to finish the remainder of this book (don't want to waste money that I didn't have to begin with) and maybe invest in a priority and delegation book (one I saw by LaCharity) since most of my questions were delegation based. Any one have any suggestions? I really could use them. Until then I will save up more money to pay for my second exam and continue to read/study. Did I tell you guys that I had 4 job interviews lined up? How embarrassing. Sincerely, a discouraged former nursing student.
I am happy to use this guide to assist me in learning how to use Quicken 2012. It's much easier to have something to read over, mark, highlight, etc., while using the software. I especially like the "in my experience" and the "new for 2012 Quicken" boxes along with sample pictures. A good deal at a great price!
This antivirus program seems to work better than many paid ones. So far I am more than happy with it
BOUGHT THIS TO GET RID OF THE UGLY BLACK STAINS ON MY DARK GREEN ROOF. THE SHINGLES ARE "AR" MEANING ALGAE RESISTANT BUT AFTER 12 YEARS, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? THE DIRECTIONS SAY IT WILL TAKE WEEKS TO MONTHS TO GET RID OF THE STAIN, SO I AM RESERVING JUDGEMENT. THE PRODUCT WENT ON WITH A 2 GALLON HAND HELD SPRAYER. I WAS THINKING ABOUT USING MY BACKPACK SPRAYER, BUT THOUGHT BETTER OF IT DUE TO THE SLOPE OF THE ROOF AND MY DESIRE TO LIVE TO A RIPE OLD AGE! IT IS HARD ENOUGH TO WALK AND SPRAY ON A SLOPED SURFACE HOLDING A 20# SPRAYER, LET ALONE 30#+ ON YOUR BACK. PLEASANT CITRUS SMELL AND WENT ON AS DIRECTED. WILL UPDATE THIS IN THE SPRING TO LET YOU KNOW IF IT WORKED.
