I did this faithfully and had lost about 10-15 pounds. Otherwise noticed it tremendously especially in my face. I rarely checked my weight however it showed a lot in my clothes. I didn't use the dietary recipes they provided. I also ran in the mornings and would use the DVD's in the afternoon. You will feel a lot of the work in your legs but if you do the DVD's properly it will show in your waist.
I had high hopes for this device but never could use it in the wireless/battery mode. If I used an AC adapter (which I had to provide since iHealth does NOT include one) I could usually get a reading. But that's not why I bought it and it was inconvenient having it plugged into an outlet. After reading over the owner's manual, which is so brief it is not much use, I emailed iHealth support and received a prompt reply. Unfortunately the support person was quite ineffective and did nothing to solve this problem until I asked her on the 4th email if the cuff's battery could be defective. She then concluded that this was the case and suggested I return it for an exchange.
Today I paid $425,00 plus including taxes for a manufactured sealed Microsoft Office Professional 2013 Key Card 1PC/1 User, only to open it for setup and found the work "Microsoft" printed across two of the product key letters and/or numbers preventing the entering of the correct product key installation information.
