One of the best, if not THE best, rap album of 2014. J. Cole fuses deeply complex lyrics with more soulful R&B-type hits. From the incredibly sharp "Fire Squad" and "No Role Modelz" to the brutally honest "03' Adolescence" and "Love Yourz", J. Cole's rhymes range from the state of hip hop today to the difficulties of growing up. J. Cole's use of horns and strings on "Hello" and "G.O.M.D." are fantastic and elevating. Many of his tracks eschew the glamorizing of hip hop lifestyle to focus on a more positive and values-based message.
TurboTax Business doesn't permit you to import 1099's, K-1's, etc. digitally. You have to input all the information manually--just like they did in the 1980's. K-1's are especially annoying because the main input system doesn't have the capacity to record all the miscellaneous information that you'll find on a typical K-1; you have to go to the relevant form in your return, manually override the nonsense that it automatically populated, and type in the right information yourself. I don't understand why the program lacks such basic features, since the TurboTax for personal income tax returns has all this already. The explanation I've read on their online user forum is that it's not cost-effective for them to do the necessary coding, because most people who need to file a 1041 will just hire a professional anyway. If that's true, it means they're perfectly happy to lose you as a customer, but in the meantime they'll keep collecting money from you every year if you wish to pay for the same tired program.
Cute walking shoes that are easy to slip on and work great for when I weight lift at the gym. Unfortunately, I have to return them the first time because they are a half a size too small. Definately recommend ordering half a size larger. I usually wear Nikes in a 8.5 and ended up getting a 9 in these.
I have loved Alastair Sim's version of "A Christmas Carol" for as long as I can remember; the film certainly belongs in every collection. Sim was essentially a comic actor, which is why his portrayal of Ebeneezer Scrooge is so believable. Sim's Scrooge is a basically good and trusting man who has allowed himself to be hardened by some unfortunate life experiences. But as he is visited on Christmas Eve night by the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, we see Scrooge's cold-hearted facade gradually stripped away until he wakes up on Christmas morning a giddy, light-hearted "child." This scene is the movie's emotional peak; it is cathartic to watch Sim as he dances joyfully around his bedroom. Afterwards, it is touching to watch him try to right his past wrongs by accepting his nephew Fred's invitation to Christmas dinner (while the lovely Scottish ballad "Barbara Allen" plays in the background), and by promising to help the poor family of his clerk, Bob Cratchit. Though Sim dominates the film, the other cast members are fine indeed, while the score, by Richard Addinsell, evokes the Dickensian mood superbly (particularly memorable are the dark, pounding chords heard during the opening credits). The sets and lighting, though rather low-budget for a 1951 movie, also contribute to the atmosphere of Victorian grittiness. For me Alastair Sim's is the definitive version of "A Christmas Carol," while Sim himself will always BE Ebeneezer Scrooge.
I'm very happy with this sheet. I purchased it to fit the Ikko Oval Bassinet Pad - Small (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002AWROL4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it fit great. The white is bright and nice and thick cotton, almost jersey feeling. My bassinet is about 15x30.
