I bought the three user with the expectation I could put the protection on 3 different systems (all in my name) Their software would not load and continued to re-direct to a "purchase another license" web page. After 3 calls to their support group, I am no longer interested in McAfee products. Totally dissatisfied with their response - never a good answer every attempt was re-directed.

the first ten feet or so had a ton of air bubbles in it, making it unusable. then it cleared up and was fine. then about half way through the spool there a couple big tangles in the winding that ruined a couple large prints. ill update this after i have tried the second roll i bought. i may have just gotten a lemon the first time.
