This technique of "oil pulling" is certainly harmless and may very well have significant detox capabilities. So, the technique itself may be very good. It is very simple. You swish a tablespoon of sunflower or sesame oil in your mouth for several minutes (maybe as long as ten or twenty minutes) in the early morning before you eat or drink anything. While you swish, you draw the oil through the spaces between your teeth, too. When you're done, you spit the oil out and rinse your mouth with water or hydrogen peroxide or mouthwash and spit that out. You can find very good instructions just by googling "oil pulling." Because the instructions are so simple, you hardly need to buy anyone's book on the subject. You can find sufficient instructions in a single printed page, and you can read web sites telling you the advantages different people suppose they receive. Too many people ask the question, "Is it just all in your head?" This is a stupid question. If you feel better, it doesn't matter WHY you feel better. It only matters that you DO feel better.
Was hoping to get a product I liked as much as shakeology. Not the case. Better than most out there for sure, but didn't deliver the taste and texture I hoped
I first used this shampoo at a hotel and really liked it. It smells great and leaves my hair very clean and shiny.
Mudguard reviews scared me directly into the OEM market because almost all of them involved drilling or modifying the mudguard to make it fit. For that reason, I ordered an OEM for a broken rear mudguard on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner and it fit perfectly. Now the front mudguard was about to break and I needed a replace it. Decided to go with this product. Let me say that this is as close to OEM as you can get. Took out the three screws and two plastic grommets. The new mudguard is molded exactly to my truck's specs and it screwed right in to the existing holes. There is a 4th hole that lines up perfectly with one of the plastic grommet holes. I ruined mine taking them out, so I had to use the hardware included with the new mudguard.
Oh. My. Goodness. I LOVE this stuff! The smell is the first thing that you notice, it is very earthy, but in a sweet fruity kind of way. It is also really soft, and a little goes a long way. It soaks right into your skin and doesn't leave you feeling greasy! My baby is now a few weeks old, and I feel better using this on her than anything else. I would recommend this to anyone!!
This is the only thing that works for my dogs. I've tried brushing but I'm not always successful in getting all their teeth, it's usually the top and one side because they keep turning their head. This quick and easy to put on your fingertip and rub over their teeth and gums. Their breath is also so much better
I bought this item after a recommendation from a tennis pro who has chronic lower back pain after years of pounding on the hard courts. I was diagnosed with sciatica and periformis syndrome. I suspect that too much tennis caused these issues for me. I began to suffer from lower back spasms, point pain in my hips, and bursitis. After 2 months of physical therapy and chiropractic care, it actually got worse. I decided to try it just for the back spasms. After the first 5 minutes on the machine I was regretting buying it and not looking forward to the process of sending it back for a refund. But I gave it a chance. After 2 or 3 sessions, I began to feel the tenseness in my lower back releasing. I've been using it every day for about a month and I definitely feel the difference in my mobility and the spasms and sciatica are also greatly improved.
