  • G. Roebuck - The a ha moment to carbs and sugar.

Probably like everyone else I have been on 100 diets, atkins, rice, Somona, south beach, you name it. Probably not like everyone else I now find myself close to 100 pounds over my ideal weight. I saw Jorge on the View of all places with three other diet doctors. What struck me was (honestly) he was saying I could eat McDonalds and lose weight (minus the bun but still eat fries!!??!). I pre-ordered the book and got it yesterday. I read it from cover to cover and about chapter 4 I hit that a ha moment. Not, a ha, sugar is bad. I think we all know that...it was A HA, I CAN DO THIS. I mean lets be honest. Atkins works but no buns, no tortillas, nothing..it gets very very boring. Jorge's carb swap system is pretty simple to understand and pretty dang smart. 15 grams of sugar a day, 6 servings of carbs. That means I can have a small fry, cheezits, some breads, buns etc. Even better he has a lot of examples of a belly bad meal and then the belly good option. Heck he even posts a 7 day mean plan that pretty much uses fast food options every day. How easy is that? The book is filled with plenty of recipies, fast food options etc. Some of the foods and ingredients might be hard to find but welcome to 2010 the internet is your friend and you can get pretty much anything you want. If you don't want to use or make any of the foods you can still do the diet with foods available at your local stores. The blue diamond Almond milk is available everywhere as is uncle same cereal...Sobe Lifewater (0 cal) is at every target and usually on sale...cheezit? come on you can find those. The whey powders and oils and "health nut things" well if you can't find them and don't want to use the internet - check your local GNC for alternatives. You know what to look out for, sugar and carbs..simple. Plain and simple this book gives you the tools to do Jorge's plan. There are so many options and combinations you would be hard pressed not to be able to stick to it unless you just fail at counting.

  • Dave Goodreau - exceptional, mind altering, WOW!

1,000,000 words could not describe this. its to immense. i'm gonna keep it short here, because nothing that i could possibly say could do justice to this incredible piece of literature. thats right, i said literature. "The Wall" tells a story, about a man who's fist name is Pink, and well, his last name is Floyd. "The Wall" follows Pink's life, from his abandoned, abused childhood, through his days in a machine like school system bent on turning children into faceless clones and stifling individuality. it follows Pink through a failed marriage, a wild career as a rock musician, a burned-out, drug induced mental collapse in a hotel room, and his maddening retreat into his inner psyche to escape his crumbling reality, to live in a mentally projected world in which he has control. there are scores of overlaying and interacting themes, about society, individuals, relationships, motherhood, war, mental illness etc... etc... etc... the whole story interacts beautifully and the music is just stunning. David Gilmore is at the top of his game here, his guitar is precise, beautiful, and haunting. Roger Water's writing is supurb, flawless. the whole story explores society's problems through the unfortunate life of one of its victem's, bringing large issue's to a very frightening and personal level. this is not just a piece of music, its a true work of art, and the fact that Pink Floyd made the story and the music work together so nicely is a true credit to them. this is great. there is a full length film that goes along with this album, set completely to the music of the album with minimal dialogue, fittingly titled "The Wall". if 1,000,000 words can't describe the album, then 2,000,000 words couldnt describe the movie. hear it, see it!

  • Joe Pitt - Don't buy it! Do NOT upgrade from 2014.

Don't buy it, Don't upgrade from 2014. You have been warned. I have been using Acronis since version/year 2011 and was perfectly happy wit it. I finally decided to take their offer to upgrade from version 2014 to 2015. I have struggled over the last two months to get this crap software to work on my machine. It has been nothing but headaches and hang-ups. I am in the software industry, and *I* give up. I am uninstalling this so-called improvement and going back to the 2014 version which was stable and reliable.

  • Whit - I have fine relaxed hair but it is very dense

I have fine relaxed hair but it is very dense, meaning it looks thick but it's actually very fragile. I've experienced increased breakage due to the stress of going back to school and throwing my hair back in a ponytail constantly. This product was a bit scary to use due to smell and the hardening process but it rinsed easily. I didn't even have trouble detangling. Definitely going to use every 6 weeks until I get my nice hair back. Then just as needed to prevent overload.

  • A. Davis - Use a mask!

We used this but didn't notice any change. Also, be careful breathing the stuff in. I was spreading it into the carpets and some dust went up my nose and I was in pain for hours. If you decide to get this, wear a mask!
