Recently had a virus and had to reformat my hard drive. I decided to pay Staples to backup my data and install Windows 7 (had been running Vista) even though I had a Toshiba external hard drive with my data backed up. I'm so glad I did because when I discovered one very important missing file, that Staples some how missed, I was not able to run the restore software at all. Every thing I tried resulted in "restore failed!" I even tried downloading a newer version from their website. That didn't work either. Don't buy this product if you think you will ever need your backup!

Each time I start losing my hair, whether it be a stress factor, or just natural causes, this product has always made a believer out of me. In one month if taken as directed I could see new grown appear. I took pictures before and yes there is a difference now. I have tried several hair and nails vitamins and prenatal, bought some from well known TV shows and nothing made a difference. I don't like using strong chemicals as I was on chemo for 1 year which made all my hair fall out. It grew back in but lately I started losing hair and didn't want it to get any worse. Hair Essentials worked for me. The only thing is you should probably keep taking it. I know it can become expensive but I figure I save money now by not having to buy other type products and be disappointed. I usually buy in quantities of 3 and save some. I would recommend this to anyone facing this problem.

I bought 3 cans of this product over two months ago. After reading all of the reviews I decided to come up with my own recipe for mixing it. I used 8 tablespoons as recommended, 1/2 cup of 2% oberwise milk(no hormones), and 1 cup of ice cold water (you can also add ice if you want it really cold...which is the best way to enjoy it). I used a blender and the drink came out great. It was smooth and delicious. The first week I drank it twice a day and replaced 1 meal. The second and third week I only drank it once a day and ate two meals. By the end of the third week I had lost 12 pounds. I never felt sick and I had energy to work out. My only complaint about the product is that it made me gassy. Other than that it's a great product and I would definitely recommend it. Also, I added 2 tablespoons of fine ground flax seed to my shake...so that might have been part of what contributed to my gas.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this death trap at all costs. I have been using various machines for several years and have never had problems.This week my wife was thrown off this F63 after it malfunctioned and reached a high level of speed and would not stop. She is very bruised and hurt. Stay away from this machine if you value your life.

I saw the commercials and decided to try this. I bought mine from Walmart and it was the two bottle pack. I love to eat and this curbed my appetite like crazy. I found myself less hungry and fuller faster which was great. I eventually started losing about 5 pounds a week, but I did use the product 3 times a day and I worked out five times a week with classes like Zumba and kick boxing I also did cycling. This product worked more as a mental boost than anything. In my mind taking this product made me feel full and made me drink more water and lose weight. Now that I think about it I'm sure working out 5 times a week helped a lot lol. This product boosted my confidence and weather it was the real ticket behind my weight loss or not its worth the money for me.
