I had never had PMS until after my kids were born, and coupled with stress and a very heavy flow I was barely holding it together. I had very intense symptoms of PMDD and then my period was late or lasting for weeks or months at a time. I went to 4 different GYNs and was finally diagnosed (tentatively) with adenomyosis. A full hysterectomy was on the books when I googled and discovered that a vitamin K deficiency could be at play. I began taking Slow Flow and Women's Phase I; all of my symptoms abated and I was so happy to not have raging menstruation and raging emotions. Well, I slacked on the Phase I and the PMDD came back with a vengeance. Just repurchased and am hoping it brings things back to normal. (I will update!) There is a ton of discussion around the internet about mineral deficiencies and PMS/PMD/dysmenorrhea. I just wish the medical community was more aware of it. It would've saved me thousands of dollars!!!

It is amazing how often science progresses thank to unlikely people. Many mainstream scientists are dyed in the wool conformists who lack curiosity, the desire to challenge existing dogmas and the ability to use intuition. They are sometimes some of the most uncreative people on earth, just satisfied of being guardians of the temple of EXISTING KNOWLEDGE. Other just shy uncommon thinking because it might endanger their tenured jobs as academics or threaten the benevolent economic interests who feed them. The worst sin for mainstream academics is lacking credibility and looking silly. No wonder academics rarely dare standing behind unproven ideas who look ridiculous at first glance.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical that this could be a good product, given the reasonable price. But I bit the bullet and ordered two anyway, figuring that they couldn't be as bad as my aging charger that had become unreliable. SO glad I did! Now I have a charger for my backpack, and one for the car, and I'm never without a way to charge my phone when I need to.

I have had my Gazelle for over a year now,and I LOVE it! It is the perfect workout for me. I have tried other things in the past and gave up because it was to hard,but this is a good comfortable workout that gets results! I lost 20 pounds in two months using this! It is sturdy and has held up well. After over a year of use the battery operated display that shows how long you worked out and calories you burned etc... has quit working,but that doesn't really matter to me. I use my cell phone to time my workout.
