Just retired the awful Electrolux EL1000B. I was weary about trying another cordless stickvac that cost an arm/leg and have it be as awful as the Electrolux, but I was pleasantly surprised. I should start off by saying I have 3 dogs and a cat in a small lake house with no carpet (I do have rugs, though). I have a huge dirt problem that I ended up barely ever using the Electrolux and would have to sweep the whole house at least twice a day and would still not feel 100% comfortable walking barefoot without mopping, too. So, the LiNX is awsome - it takes a fraction of the time to vacuum (no cords - yay!) and the suction is so good that it literally sucked out the little fur that accumulated under the refrigerator. It gets everything right up against the wall and after I'm done vacuuming I barely even need to mop - my bare feet are HAPPY. Also, a previous review said that emptying the canister was a pain - I don't understand that, I press a button and the bottom falls open and the dirt comes right out without me having to touch any mess - it's super easy. Now, why it's not perfect #1 the battery doesn't last long at all (30 minutes at most) ....it has 3 indicator lights, though, so you can tell when it's about to poop out so you can prioritize before it does AND unlike the other sweepers I've used in the past it doesn't being losing steam - it's suction power is consistent. #2 It sure would be easier to have a triangle head so I don't have to press the front flat side against the edges to get 'em. #3 Sometimes I have to turn it on the bottom and dislodge something stuck (but hey, it's not a perfect world). #4 I wanted to add something I found kind of odd - the warranty period written on the box says it's a 6 year warranty and the warranty card that you fill out says that they keep it on record for 5 years - that just sounded fishy to me so I figured I would add it!
Unfinished product, it's what come my mind each time I want to use it. I fully agree with most of the comments regarding issues. I bought mine in August and the unit have been plagued with issues: Complete lock up during 2 century rides with TBT Navigation on, by chance I had my Edge 520 in backup. More recently, unit won't even upload rides anymore on my Garmin Connect App and 50% of the FIT files end up corrupted. I'm back using the Edge 520 and I will to return the 820 but after almost 2 months ownership it may be difficult. I reset it twice, updated with most recent software version but it's still acting. Tonight I had to transfer the FIT file fromthe Edge to my computer, then process it in a FIT Tools software to correct timing errors and upload my ride on Garmin Connect. Until I read news from Garmin or in Forum about the issues been fixed 1) I will use the 520 2) try to return the 820 to Garmin 3) never buy a new product from Garmin until it's fully tested and approved by hundred of users.
If you are thinking about medical school this is a great book to have. It lists all the different MD schools and what they require, the stats from the school, community surroundings, school info and contact. If you are thinking about a DO school, the information is available online. Just google.
Excellent product!, I am using it along Billings ovulation method and it just a perfect combination for me since billings method tells me my fertile days and this one not only knows when I am fertile but also when I am ovulating!
This product did what I expected on my black Audi. It handles minor scratches well. Even when it works the scratch is still there - you can see the scratch line in the sun but the white is gone so you don't see it unless you are bending down to look at it.
Significant changes. Added several reports that are extreme beneficial. Easy upgrade. Still uses some good resources but overall very pleased.
I took the product to my doctor after using it 2 times to make sure that it was actually doing what it should be doing. After reviewing the booklet and watching me use the machine she determined that it was not doing anything for my back. Since I have serious injury to my lower spine, she wanted me to discontinue use immediately.
