Pretty much just fruit juice to give you some nutrition during fasting. I ended up losing 6 Lbs. over the 2 days, however, 3 came back so 50% stuck and I am going to use the 2nd bottle to see if I can get 6 "REAL" Lbs. lost over 4 days. It's a good jumpstart but you have to do the work to intake less or burn more to ensure you are running at a calorie deficit on-going to keep the weight loss going.

I purchased this product about a month ago and it does not exfoliate. I do believe that it is some kind of glue which peels off and not my dead skin cells. WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN

I really enjoy athletics such as dancing and yoga, but sometimes my hands or feet will get a little sweaty and pose a mild threat my safety. This product works on clean hands, with one application, and it significantly reduces slippage. It will not stop your hands or feet from sweating, but for me it helps me to remain stable when the heat is on. I recommend this product, as I have used it many times without fail. Remember: clean hands, clean surface, one application.

This is a great fly reel. I'm an avid fisherman and this reel while not too expensive gets the job done and then some.

What a find this product is! I just have never had very long eyelashes or an abundance of them either. Also I don't have much money so I sure can't go and have extensions or anything like that So this came along at the perfect time and I thought well let's try it and see what happens and there is quite an improvement. I'm hoping that it just gets better and better because this product is pretty doggone awesome. The directions are very easy to follow and it's just super simple. . I have received this product for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

This stuff is worth a try, but I've used it on three occasions and find that it fixes the leak in my spa for a month to six months but the leak eventually returns. Of course it does not claim to be a miracle and it is worth a try if tearing up the spa is the alternative.
