I've been taking 2 caps a day with lots of water and so far so good. I usually have a sensitive stomach and haven't had any problems with this so far if anything i've taken nootropics in the past and this one holds up to par to the big boys. I've been focused on my work, sometimes too much i work when i get home and keep going to my wifes chagrin. My favorite part about this is the dreams, my dreams have been extremely vivid. I've been putting on youtube app from roku and listening to binaural beats for sleep with the screen off on the tv and have had crazy dreams over the last week that felt so real. still wakeup and feel refreshed so they dont make me feel like i lack sleep. A+
They are exactly as represented and look and perform great. Easy to install with no need to remove tires. I added an extra screw for the back flaps by simply burning a small hole with a small soldering iron, no need to drill.
After wearing this collar for about two weeks, I noticed that my cat was pulling her hair out, manically licking and developing soars. I also noticed that she was stumbling and her eyes looked unfocused. I called the emergency number on the back of the tin and reported her symptoms. The person I spoke with stated that it appeared that she was having an allergic reaction if she was pulling out her hair but did not believe the collar could be causing her to have neurological symptoms because the active ingredients were not absorbed into the blood stream. I removed the collar and the symptoms cleared. She is completely back to normal after 48 hours of removing the collar. I have read online similar symptoms in other reviews although Bayer refuses to believe it could be related to the collar. My dog also experienced weakness in his legs after a couple of weeks of wearing the collar. My dog had an orthopedic exam which revealed nothing. It never occurred to me that it could have been the collar because he wasn't showing any other signs that he was reacting to the collar. After experiencing the reaction in my cat I became concerned that the collar could have been causing the weakness in my dog's legs. I removed his collar and He appears to be improving, as well. Bayer did not offer a refund, but I am just thankful my pets are alive and well. I have recommended this collar to many people because it did work in preventing fleas and ticks. Unfortunately, my cat and likely my dog had a severe reaction to the collar. I felt I had to post these symptoms so that others could be aware. I would advise that you watch your pets closely and remove the collar immediately if you see anything concerning with your pet.
BB Hamel delivers a different type of novel, a dark mafia romance and she does it well! Dante and Jodie's relationship starts unconventionally but soon turns to their own kind of happily ever after!
get this all the time and seems to help with my regular bladder infections which are far less now that I take this supplement
This is an exceptionally comprehensive detox. I learned a tremendous amount about the food I eat and how it affects me physically. I loved that it included chapters on mental and spiritual cleansing as well as physical. I enjoyed several of the recipes and still use them even though I won't do this diet again (unless I find a sugar daddy--pardon the use of "sugar." lol). My one suggestion to the publisher would be that they include a workbook along with the book itself. It was tiresome flipping back and forth from shopping lists and recipes to the daily "pep talk" and journal questions. That said, (and this is where I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers) this is a VERY EXPENSIVE and TIME CONSUMING process. I know Dr. Hyman suggests that the trade off in healthy food pays for itself but I'm afraid not everyone can afford it even after factoring that in. [I could only buy a quarter of the supplements and that was my entire food budget for a month.] I live alone and took some time off to do this cleanse and ALL I did was cook and clean up afterwards. [Thank goodness for the detox soak--my favorite part.] Also, be aware that when you sign up for "support" you will be inundated with e-mails that want you to buy more stuff. [Ugh.] One final note: if you decide to do this, DO follow his advice on prep, particularly about weening off certain chemicals. You will go through a lot of changes and you'll survive it much better if you don't feel it all at once. :) OK. One more thing: Even though most of his suggestions are financially unsustainable for a person like me, the gradual difference I'm making in what goes in my pantry (and my body) and the information was worth the price of the book--ultimately.
Being the mom to a toddler, I desperately needed an energy boost. Idk if I'm at a level of exhaustion this can even touch or what the issue is, but this did nothing for me. It may have curves my appetite a little, but nothing noticeable.
