Yet another rehash . . . . same old same old. Perhaps two or three of the listings are appropriate to the kind of work I do (modern design). Really disappointing.
These look sharp once installed. Better than the picture and looks especially good with my White / Black JGC Altitude model. I had the dealer install them cause I didn't want the hassle that others had to deal with on here. They put these on and a set of JEEP splash guards and charged me an hour and a half of labor which I thought was relatively reasonable.
I have been trying to contact Roxio for hours to get help with this software that leaves the top half of all dvd's I try to make black.
I've used these units on my other vehicle before and noticed some benefit from them when I upgraded my stereo system and speakers. This time I have had no benefit when installed on my 2004 Dodge Dakota. The voltage gauge consistently reads between 12.4 and 12.9 volts but when I hook a digital multi-meter up to the posts it reads between 13.7 and 14.2, so I am not sure how accurate the read out is on this unit. I did notice a little more response from the throttle and a very minor increase in gas mileage though.
If your looking to make your truck look like a 4x4 that it is supposed to be I highly recommend this product. Was able to install it in less than 2 hours doing both front and back lifts. The truck still rides like it did from the factory. Very well manufactured for a precise fit.
Where I expected drivel, I found substance. Where it looked cutsy, I turned out to be grounded. Where I expected nothing, I got so much more than I ever could have imagined. The editor in me is amused at how the magazine is aimed to an attention-deficit readership - the articles are SHORT, with lots of bouncy graphics. But they have excellent content, perspective shifting ideas, and there's really no faulting anything that helps nurture a happiness meme. I can think of no better example than this month's feature article, on Gretchen Rubin. Gretchen is bright (personality & mentality), upbeat, a natural connector. It's seriously hard to imagine this woman ever was challenged to either be immensely happy or to grapple with bad habits. But who better to help people be happier & develop better habits than someone who aces both? Her books - which I expected to also be sunny drivel - made a change in my life. Many changes. Can't argue with success. Ditto for LIVING HAPPY magazine. I've been reading it since Jan 2015 - four issues - and my life, already famously happy, is even more so. And headed in new, fabulous professional directions, thanks to LIVING HAPPY. Why five stars? Because there's no arguing with success.
