This book is great. In not a fan of self help books. But, this book truly changed my life. Thank you Athol. I think every married guy should read this book. My marriage was being to become unhealthy. To the point just feeling like roommates and loads of resentment. The problem I thought was my wife. The real problem was that I had become conditioned and displayed to of the usual bs modern married man expectations. At the end of the day, we're still wired like cave man. Women want men to act like men. Wife's want leadership from their husbands. Don't confuse taking charge with being rude when it comes to your wife. The captain and first officer analogy is perfect.

Great stuff, my girlfriend lives it, it knocks her right out after about 30 minutes, but I doesn't work for me in fact it keeps me up, many different brands of sleeping pills will do that to some people, I have tried several, so I take NyQuil, that knocks me out when I can't sleep
